17. září 1364, Vratislav Wratislauie)
Ludvík, kníže slezský a břežský, prodává bratřím johanitské komendy Božího Těla u Vratislavi (extra muros wratislauien.) 10 hřiven platu z johanitského dvora v Oleśnici (Olsne) v ołavském kraji a ze vsí k němu náležejících Owczary (Tempilueld), Bierzów (Bertoldisdorf), Jaworów (Jaurow), Kłosów (Clausdorf), Chwalibozyce (Vrowinnayn), Bąków (Banków) a Młodoszowice (Czindal), který mu jako knížeti byl odváděn vždy na svatého Michala za 100 hřiven a vymiňuje si možnost plat za stejnou cenu vykoupit zpět.
