15. listopad 1502
Jan Doring (Doryng) komtur johanitské komendy Božího Těla ve Vratislavi (Bresslaw), vysvědčuje, že před ním, Jiřím (Jorge) Ottem šoltysem a kmety v Nowe Wśi (Newdorffe) Bartuš (Bartisch) Han (Hann) prodal nemocným a slabým bratřím v chorobinci 1 věrduňk ročního platu ze svého statku v Nowe Wśi za 4,5 hřivny haléřů; plat má být odváděn vždy na sv. Jana Křtitele.
