Jan Doring (Doringk), komtur johanitské komendy Božího Těla ve Vratislavi (Bresslaw), vysvědčuje, že před ním, šoltysem Jiřím (Jeorge) Ottem (Otthe) a kmety v Nowe Wśi (Newdorff) Nikl (Nickel) Tentscheler (Thenczeler), poddaný komendy, prodal bratru Stanislavu Wilhelmovi pro kostel Božího Těla ½ hřivny ročního platu ze svého 1 jitra pole mezi dědinami ženy Ondřeje (Andris) Hofmana (Hoffmanynne) a Schilbarta v Nowe Wśi; plat má být odváděn na sv. Martina a může být vykoupen za 5 hřiven haléřů.
