Abstract
30. prosinec 1293
Dětřich, opat zábrdovický ( Sabrawicensis), Heřman z Hohenlohe, mistr jeruzalémského špitálu, a Jindřich de Vitis, kanovník kroměřížský (Chremsirensis), rozhodují spor mezi plebánem v Přibici ( Pribicz) a Gerlachem, proboštem kláštera premonstrátek v Kounicích (Chunicz), který neprávem příjmal desátky náležející přibickému kostelu.
