Veronika ze Sadku, manželka někdy Vaňka Černého (Czrneho), postupuje johanitům při kostele sv. Jana v Opavě plat 3 hřivny 2 groše ze vsi malé Hoštice, na který měla list hlavní od knížete opavského Arnošta.
