22. červen 1528, Vratislav
Petr, opat premonstrátského kláštera sv. Vincence u Vratislavi, pořizuje k žádosti Jana z Rožmberka na Strakonicích opis listiny olomouckého biskupa Jana z 20. května 1350 (Pustiměř), kterou potvrzuje darování 12 hřiven platu špitálu sv. Mikuláše u Opavy z opavského fojtství těšínským fojtem Petrem.
