13. březen 1373, Pičín (Pieczin)
Slavomír (Slaymirus), syn Přemka z Pičína (Pieczin), a jeho sestra Markéta vysvědčují, že prodali bratru Jakubovi a johanitskému řádu svoji dědinu a že na jejich prosbu vydal jejich strýc Hostýnek (Hostdynco) johanitům list, který měl na jejich a svou dědinu.
