Michal Donátův, rychtář, Beneš rychtářův (iudicis), purkmistr, a přísežní Menšího Města pražského vysvědčují, že bradýř Kuncman s ženou Markétou prodali johanitům u Panny Marie 1 kopu ročního platu za 10 kop z domu, který od nich koupili. Plat je splatný po 30 groších na sv. Jiří a na sv. Havla.
