3. prosinec 1409, Praha
Konrád, biskup olomoucký a podkomoří království Českého, a další rádcové postupují spor mezi konventem u Panny Marie a M. Janem z Jesenice (Jessenicz) o zadrženou listinu na 10 kop ročního platu ze vsi Vinec (Wynecz) církevním soudcům, protože Jan z Jesenice hrozil postoupiti ji k vymáhání tohoto platu jakémusi Sokolovi nebo někomu jinému, místo aby se před ně dostavil.
