Abstract
22. září 1361, Světlá (Swetla)
Bratr Havel z Lemberka (de Lemberch), převor johanitského řádu v Čechách, Polsku, na Moravě a v Rakousku, uděluje Mikuláši Herdani z Lemberka a jeho ženě Markétě na jejich žádost a za zásluhy o řád konfraternitu johanitského řádu a činí je účastnými všech jeho bohoslužeb, almužen a zbožných skutků řádu.
