17. listopad 1691, Malta
Bratr Adrian de Vignacourt, velmistr, a konvent johanitského řádu vydávají Václavu Čejkovi (Ceica), rytíři českého převorství, na jeho žádost bulu na roční plat 150 scudů z důchodů komendy v Tyńci (Tinz), který mu postoupil 19. října kaplan Jan František Ralli s dodatečným písemným souhlasem komtura Ferdinanda hr. z Herbersteinu, a nařizuje komturovi i jeho nástupcům tento plat Čejkovi doživotně vyplácet při provinční kapitule nebo na sv. Jana.
