Kardinál Latinus Ursini, biskup tuskulský, papežem ustanovený komisař, obesílá strany ve sporu převora Jana ze Švamberka a rakouského preceptora Sebalda Puchla s arcijáhnem Ernhardem z Kortic (Enhardo Cormetz) v salcburské diecézi.
