12. březen 1398, /Lwówek/
Jan Funko, podrychtář, a kmeti města Lwówku (Lewenberg) vysvědčují, že Hanuš tkadlec (leynenwebir) se zřekl ve prospěch Jakuba pietanciáře a celého konventu johanitské komendy ve Lwówku zahrady, kterou kdysi jeho otec Hein tkadlec prodal Taschovi.
