Abstract
28. duben 1440, /Lwówek/
Rychtář Bartoš (Bartusch) Schaptz a kmeti města Lwówku (Lewenberg) vysvědčují, že Mikuláš Kelbechen (Kelbchin) postoupil Schafgotschovi (Gotschen Schaff) na Gryfu (Greiffenstein) svůj podíl na statku Mikuláše Bredela v Plakowicích (Plakwitz), totiž 110 hřiven peněz neboli 9 hřiven věčného platu, který mu připadl jako dědictví po jeho nevlastním otci Mikuláši Puschmanovi a matce Kateřině.
