Abstract
18. leden 1484, Strzegom (Stregen)
Jan ze Švamberka (Swanbergk), mistr johanitského řádu v Čechách, povoluje k žádosti přísežných v Brzegu (Brige) sloužiti v tamním kostele ranní mši, na kterou učinili nadání, a souhlasí s tím, aby dosavadní příjmy kostela byly sjednoceny ve věčný testament.
