16. duben 1562, Malta
Jan de Valetta, velmistr, a konvent johanitského řádu přijímají resignaci Kašpara Hohberga (Hoburch) na hodnost komtura oleśnické (de Klain Olsen) komendy (oznámenou 22.XII.1561 listinou prokurátorů Pavla della Chiesa a Melichara de Eguaras) a vyměřuje mu roční penzi 1000 scudů zlata, která mu má být vyplácena z důchodů komendy při provinční kapitule nebo na den sv. Jana Křtitele.
