28. duben 1306, Pustiměř (Pustimir)
Jan, biskup olomoucký, nařizuje třebíčskému (trebecen.) děkanovi G., aby s pomocí kněze S. vyšetřil násilné obsazení kaple svatého Jana Křtitele, náležející ke kostelu svatého Jakuba v Jihlavě (Iglauia), jakýmsi děkanem z pražské diecéze a aby potrestal viníky.
