4. červenec 1330, Praha
Jan, biskup pražský, ustanovuje, na prezentaci a žádost opata Ctibora a konventu želivského (de Syloa) kláštera, premonstrátského řeholníka Jana plebánem v kostele svatého Petra před klášterem želivským, který zde má podací.
