7. březen 1606, Praha
Matouš Děpold Popel z Lobkovic, nejvyšší mistr českého převorství johanitů na Strakonicích, ověřuje inserované listiny předešlých nejvyšších mistrů o šlechtickém původu a členství v řádu Jáchyma Metycha z Čečova . K listině je připojena listina Jana, biskupa Vratislavského, nejvyššího hejtmana knížectví Slezských, potvrzující šlechtický původ a členství v řádu pro Jana Metycha z Čečova. Listina byla vydaná Nise 23. února 1606. Pergamen; 1 pečeť ve voskové misce přivěšená na černo-zlato-červeno-bílých tkanicích.
