Karel Josef svaté Římské říše hrabě z Herbersteinu, svobodný pán na Neubergu a Guttenhaagu, pán na Křemži atd., dědičný komorník a dědičný stolník v Korutansku, JMC skutečný komorník a rada v Horních Rakousích, děkuje (kvituje) své matce Ernestýně ovdovělé hraběnce z Herbersteinu, rozené svobodné paní ze Stendtu z poručenství, které na ní vložil svým testamentem Leopold, svaté Římské říše hrabě z Herbersteinu, otec Karla Josefa.
