1559 květen 5, Teplá
Jan Kurtz, opat a celý konvent tepelského kláštera vyznávají, že Matouši Čánovi z Pernanrce (okr. Plzeň-sever), držiteli poloviny popluží v Březí (osada obce Pernarec), postoupili druhou polovinu tohoto popluží (spadlou na klášter jako odúmrť) výměnou za louky, které připojili ke klášternímu dvoru v Krukanicích (osada obce Pernarec).
