Mikuláš Sádlo z Vražného priznává, že dluží své manželce Hedvice roz. z Nemyšle, 125 kop ceských grošu vena. Za rádné vyplacení uvedené cástky po Mikulášove smrti rucí Jan Lapácek ze Rzavého, Jan Mitrovský z Nemyšle a Jarohnev Sádlo z Vražného. Mikuláš Sádlo z Vražného. Rukojmí: Jan Lapácek ze Rzavého, Jan Mitrovský z Nemyšle, Jarohnev Sádlo z Vražného.
