Petr ze Šternberka ciní poslední vuli, jíž odkazuje své statky na Morave Petrovi z Kravar a Markvartovi ze Šternberka, v Cechách pak Jindrichovi z Hradce a Zdislavovi ze Šternberka. Majetek má zustat po Petrove smrti pohromade a mají být zaplaceny všechny testátorovy dluhy. Vykonavateli záveti budou: manželka testátorova, Petr z Kravar, Jindrich ze Šonvaldu a Štefan, farár z Hnojic. Petr ze Šternberka - 0.
