Slezské stavy shromáždené na snemu v Lehnici prohlašují slezskému hejtmanovi Janu z Rožmberka, že zustávají verné a stále oddané ceské korune, avšak za krále uznávají jen toho, kdo tohoto práva užívá pred Bohem a svetem.
