Mikuláš z Lípy a na Lipnici a knez Bedrich ze Strážnice prostredkují mírovou smlouvu mezi Oldrichem z Rožmberka, Václavem z Michalovic a na Strakonicích a Mstichem ze Sedlce ze strany jedné a Táborskými, Píseckými a Vodnanskými ze strany druhé.
