Král Václav II. navrací Fridrichovi a jeho sestre, potomkum mincmistra Ebharda, mlýn na Labi poblíž Kolína a pridává jim dva poddané rybáre, zároven potvrzuje svuj souhlas s prenecháním jedné poloviny mlýna a jednoho rybáre jejich strýci Ekhardovi.
