    Summum & optimum oblivionis remedium est íçripcura, que con- tencionibus silcncium imponic, & verum à falíò discernic. Mme est, quod ego Heinricus Dei gracia Abbas in Burren, nocum facio omnibus prarscn- tem liccram legencibus, & audientibus, quod nos & cocum Capiculum no- strum in unum convenimus cum fidèle Domino > & amico nostro Comice Heinrico Lichcencke, & filio íuo Heinrico in cali forma amicicie, uc ubi- cunque homines nostri & eorum nobiles, auc ignobiles, divices vel paupe- res in invicem macrimonium concraxcrinc, illud fìcri concedamus, sub tali condicionc, uc pueri illorum incer nos & eos amicabilicer & juste divi- dancur & uc nullo modo propeer hanc divisionem aliqui illorum qui dlvi- duncur, hercdicacibus Pacris & Macris & Parencum íuorum vel posleflìo- nibus'desticuancur. Uc igicur illud nobis & eis firmum , & racum perma- neac íuper cali facto liceram istam sigillis nostris roboracam eis donamus, & ejus par in íàcrario nostro collocamus.
