De stad Zutphen beklaagt zich bij den Koning van Denemarken over bezwaren, welke de
kooplieden uit het graafschap Gelre en het sticht van Utrecht in zijn rijk te lijden heb ben,
en dringt aan op de handhaving hunner oude voorregten en vrijheden te Skanoer, Falstcrbode en
