    Nos Theodericus, comes Cleuensis, vniuersis presentia visuris et audituris notum facimus, quod recepimus ab hoe die in antea omnes ciues de Traiecto singulos et vniuersos euntes in terris et in aquis per totam terram nostram et districtus nostros in nostrum firmum conductum et securum, donec nos cum intimatione sex septimanarum premissa predictum conductum per nostras patentes litteras duxerimüs ab eis reuocandum. In cuius rei
