    'sanctae Romanae aecclesiae cardinales et legati venerabili fratri O(delrico) Albestadensi episcopo salutem.

    Venerabilis frater noster abbas Corbeiensis de quibusdam tuis parrochianis suam nobis querelam exposuit, de Liudolfo scilicet et Frederico' palatino, quod annonam victualia et quas- dam alias res sibi abstulerint et homines suos inquietentb. At tua providentia, ne tantus vir et ita domno papae et toti regno acceptus in tua parrochia offenderetur, efficere satis deberet. Nos itaque, suae iusticiae quia deesse non possumus nec debe- mus, per presentia tibi scripta precipimus, quatenus prenomina- tos viros districte commoneas, ut ablata restituant et bona mon- asterii de cetero quieta et illesa dimittant; alioquin, infra tri- ginta dies post acceptam commonitionem nisi prefato abbati satis- fecerint, ecclesiastica censura eos coherceas, et sententiam, quam in eos dederis, usque ad satisfactionem firmiter facias observari.
