Valtin Peringer zu Winckl und seine Mutter Appolonia verkaufen der Kapellverwaltung zu Altötting (Dekan Leonhard Weinmor, Custos Georg Perndorffer und Gegenschreiber Hanns Pfeningman) eine jährliche Gült von 3 Pfund Pfennige, davon 1 Pfund ewig, aus dem Gut zum Espan beim Hager Eßter und eine Gült von jährlich 2 Pfund Pfennige aus dem Gut Obernsall, beide freies Eigen auf dem Wald in der Pfarrei Altötting
