Albert, Abt zu St. Paul in Laventtal, und der gesamte Konvent daselbst bekunden, dass Simon Hausier ein Viertel eines Weingartens in "Metischberg" an Gregor Mattscheck und seiner Frau für eine gewisse Summe verkauft hat.
