Hans Zechetmair, Ratsbürger und Gastgeb zu Osterhofen, und seine Frau Margarete verkaufen an das Kloster Aldesbach ihr Viertlbau zu Obergessenbach, genannt das Riewiser Gütl. Zwei Siegel in Holzschalen.
