Kaiser Karl V. bestätigt dem Orden der Dominikaner beiderlei Geschlechts seine Privilegien und Freiheiten und benennt als Handhaber seines Schutzes die 4 Kurfürsten am Rhein, den Erzherzog von Österreich, die Herzöge von Bayern und die Bischöfe von Straßburg und Augsburg.
