Ludwig (VII.), Pfalzgraf und Herzog in Bayern, nimmt das Kloster Neuburg in seinen Schutz und bestätigt alle Freiheitsbriefe und Rechte, die dem Kloster von seinen Vorgängern erteilt worden sind, aufs Neue.
