    Rvdigerus dei gratia Patauiensis episcopus omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis salutem in domino. Sperantes, nobis proficere ad eterne retributionis premia capienda, si ecclesiis dei succurramus commoditatis remedio temporalis, aduertentes etiam earundem deuocionem: ecce dilectis in christo fratribus conuentui ecclesie Ranshouensis de consilio capituli et ministerialium nostrorum hanc indulsimus graciam specialem, ut uasa ipsorum in Austriam descendentia et naues ipsorum uictualia ab Austria deferentes in ciuitate Patauiensi deinceps gaudeant transitus libertate et a uexatione et exactione, que ratione mute solet exigi, penitus sint inmunes. Et ne super hac gratia dicto conuentui ualeat calumpnia in posterum suboriri, presentem paginam cum sigillo nostro et capituli ipsis dedimus in testimonium et cautelam. Datum Patauie anno domini M. CC. XLI. IV. idus aprilis, XIIII. indictione, pontificatus nostri anno octavo.
