    Otto dei gratia Palatinus Comes Reni, Duxc Bawarie omnibus et singulis judicibus suis tam in weilhardo quam alibi constitutis gratiam suam. Intendentes Ranshouensem ecclesiam et eiusdem loci prepositum ob deuotionis sue merita prosequi nostri fauoris gratia speciali mandamus uobis singulis et vniuersis firmiter et districte, quatenus omnes libertates, jura et conswetudines secundum quod in priuilegiis karissimi patris nostri diue recordationis olim sibi et Ecclesie sue datis et concessis continetur et secundum quod easdem H. vicedominus noster de Rota de ipsius patris nostri speciali mandato aliquociens in judiciis prouincialibus propalauit, debeatis inuiolabiliter conseruare nichil in ipsarum libertatum, jurium et conswetudinum preiudicium attemptando publice uel occulte, sicut indignationem volueritis euitare. Nos enim ecclesiarum conditionem et libertatem diebus nostris non intendimus minui sed augeri. In cuius rei testimonium presens Instrumentum dedimus nostri sigilli robore conmvnitum. Datum apud Burchusam anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo LXXXX. In vigilia Natiuitatis virginis gloriose.
