Vor dem Straßburger Hofgericht bekennt Katharina, die Tochter des Michael, genannt Kinßen Michel von Unterachern, dass sie und ihr Ehemann Johannes Weber aus Zusenhofen von in dem Hauptbrief von 1491 Juni 6 genannten Gütern zu Zusenhofen dem Johann Hüßler (Vikar an St. Thomas zu Straßburg) einen jährlichen Zins von 9 Schilling Straßburger Pfennige schulden.
