Heimrad von Boyneburg (Boyneburgk) bestätigt für sich und seinen Bruder die Belehnung mit Gütern und der Niedermühle in Waldkappel (Cappel) [Gem. im Werra-Meißner-Krs.], den Wüstungen Wolfsthal (Wolfftal), Heigenhausen (Heygenhusen) und Niederfriemen (Nidern Friman) [alle Gem. Waldkappel, Werra-Meißner-Krs.], Gütern in Grandenborn (Nidern Graneborn) [Gem. Ringgau, Werra-Meißner-Krs.] sowie weiteren im Einzelnen aufgeführten Lehen durch Hermann [von Buchenau], Abt von Fulda. Siegelankündigung.
