Die Brüder Wolfram von Neipperg und Heinrich genannt von Lauffen (Wolframus et Heinricus dictus de Lofen fratres de Nyperg) verkaufen dem Kloster Maulbronn (Mulnbrunne) zwei Hörige (Getrudim relictam quondam . . dicti Jeger de Nyperg et Conradum fratrem eius qui nobis proprietatis tytulo pertinebant) um 16 Pfund Heller (ad habendum tenendum utendum et possidendum omni eo iure quo ipsos tenuimus et possedimus temporibus retroactis), bekennen den Empfang des Kaufpreises, versprechen Gewährschaft und verzichten auf alle Rechte und Einsprachen.
