Mechthild, Gräfin von Sayn, übergibt als Vollstreckerin des Testaments ihres verstorbenen Ehemannes Heinrich, Graf von Sayn (1246 infra octavam nativitatis Domini) - der darin 200 Mark an Renten und die Güter zu Vallendar, sein Allod zu Sayn, seine Güter zu Remagen (Remege) und Niederkassel (Niedercalzel) zur Verteilung an die von ihm Geschädigten bestimmt hatte - diese Güter dem Deutschen Orden.
