Das Deutschordenshaus zu Trier verpachtet den großen Hof zu Noviand, der gemeinschaftlich von Peter, Sohn des Pichtermann von Graach, und dessen Ehefrau Greta, sowie Hennekin, Sohn des Fongk von Noviand und dessen Ehefrau Else, wohnhaft zu Noviand, abgetreten wird an Nikolaus von Rackenberg (Rackenburch) und dessen Ehefrau Katherina, wohnhaft zu Noviand.
