Karl Joseph Stängl von Rainbach verleiht dem Georg Graßmayr, Schmied zu Ritzing (1), und seiner Ehefrau Maria, aufgrund ihrer Verdienst um die dortige Schmiede, die freieigenes salmanisches Lehen nach München ist, Erbrecht statt Leibrecht auf dem Khainhäusl zu Ritzing.
