Cyriak Herzer der Müller, Bürger zu Gmünd, verleiht dem Peter Herr und seiner Ehefrau Anna Schmelzlerin zu Wetzgau auf Lebenszeit sein Gut dortselbst (Haus, Scheuer, Garten, 6 Jauchert Acker, 5 Tagwerk Wiese und Holz) gegen je 1 Malter Roggen und Hafer, 11 Schilling Heller, Weglöse 3 Gulden und einen Handlohn von 49 Gulden.
