Martin Hass von Nürtingen und seine Ehefrau Anna Ochsnerin, Witwe des Konrad Schwarz, verzichten zugunsten ihres Sohnes und Stiefsohnes Hans Schwarz zu Oberböbingen auf ihre Rechte an 3 Viertel Acker dortselbst auf dem Osterfeld zwischen Paul Ada von Bargau und dem Fallgut des Hans Ber mit 0,5 Gulden Zins an U.
