Der Aussteller verkauft den Empfängern unter Vorbehalt des Rückkaufs einen jährlichen Zins für ihre Präsenz. Er setzt ihnen als Unterpfand Feldgüter in der Gemarkung Bodenheim und die ihm davon zustehenden Einkünfte ein.
