Schultheiß und Schöffen des Gerichts Pfeddersheim bekennen, dass vor ihnen der Bürger Mattes Heilmann und seine Efr. Appolonia versprochen haben, 25 Gulden Kapital an das Spennalmosen mit 5 Ortsgulden jährlich zu verzinsen und drei genannte Feldgüter in der Gemarkung Pfeddersheim als Unterpfand zu setzen.
