Das Stift Neumünster zu Würzburg, als Vormund der "Cleusenern" zu St. Bartholomäus zu Würzburg, und die Stadt Würzburg einigen sich bezüglich der Lehenschaft und der Zinsgefälle von einem Hause hinter den Predigern am Graben zu Würzburg, "Franckenstein" genannt.
