Vor dem Notar Johannes Scherbe, Kleriker der Mainzer Diözese, setzt der Ochsenfurter Stadtpfarrer Albert Viol seine Testamentsvollstrecker ein und errichtet verschiedene Legate im Fall seines Todes.
