Abstract
1345, [Zell an der Pfrimm]
Johannes von Eppelsheim, Priester und Vikar des Johannes-Evangelistenaltars, verschreibt dem Stift Zell eine ewige Gülte von 1 Malter Korn als Bodenzins. Er setzt sein neu errichtetes Haus in Zell und alle seine Güter als Unterpfänder ein. Die Gülte kann durch eine Zahlung von 5 Pfund Heller ausgelöst werden. Datum anno domini m° ccc° xlv°.
